KEA stands for Kingdom Entrepreneurship Assembly.
Kingdom — because we exist to bring Christ’s reign into every boardroom, negotiation, and business decision.
Entrepreneurship — because our community is built for leaders who create, build, and steward in the marketplace.
Assembly — because transformation happens together, in gathered, honest, Spirit-led community.
Why KEA Exists
Christian professionals and business leaders spend 60–70 hours per week in the marketplace — far more than they spend in church gatherings. Yet many receive little discipleship, mentorship, or practical wisdom for the challenges they face daily.
KEA provides a community where leaders can be honest about their struggles, grow in biblical wisdom, receive mentorship from seasoned believers, and discover how the gospel transforms not just Sunday worship — but Monday-to-Saturday work.
Questions we wrestle with together:

- How do I balance profit and compassion?
- How do I steward power without abusing it?
